Experience the award-winning giant-screen film "Jane Goodall: Reasons for Hope"
Let us take you on an exciting adventure about nature conservation, hope and human resilience. We proudly present the award-winning large screen film "Jane Goodall: Reasons for Hope" on our impressive dome screen.
British biologist and conservationist Dr. Jane Goodall became world famous for her work and life with chimpanzees. It is less known that she is also more broadly committed to preserving nature. Jane herself says about her conservation work:
“We humans are part of nature. We depend on it for our oxygen, our food, our water, our clothing - for everything. We need to build a new relationship with nature and ensure that our children are well equipped to solve the problems we have created.”
Three stories that inspire & activate
In the large-screen film Jane Goodall: Reasons for Hope, Jane takes you on a journey around the world and tells three hopeful, inspiring stories that make a difference for a better world. These are three initiatives that will not leave you unmoved:
- 1. The miraculous migration: follow the rare Hermit Ibis (or Northern Bald Ibis), one of the most endangered bird species, on its breathtaking journey through the Alps.
- 2. The Reintroduction of the American White Bison: Marvel at how the Blackfeet Nation is reintroducing the majestic American White Bison.
- 3. A greener tomorrow: experience how the mining-affected Sudbury area in Canada became richer through a tree planting project involving 10 million trees.
Four pillars of hope for our world
In 1960, Jane revolutionized how we view the world around us with her research on chimpanzees in Tanzania. Now she takes us on a new adventure of inspiration and hope. She does this through four pillars of hope: the human intellect, the resilience of nature, the dedication of youth, and the indomitable human spirit. If many people make a small change, it makes a big difference. Be inspired by Jane's pillars of hope. Dive into the world of Jane Goodall - a world full of hope and action!
