Buying tickets is easy online. Choose a ticket for daytime or evening. During checkout, select the film you’d like to see. You’ll receive two tickets via email: one for the museum and one for the film. Double-check the date and time!
For evening shows, you’ll only receive a film ticket as the museum is closed in the evening.
Yes, you can reschedule your ticket to another day up until the day before your visit. Contact us at info@museon-omniversum.nl.
No problem! You can change your film at the ticket counter, subject to availability.

No, Museon-Omniversum is pin-only.
Yes, the Museum Card gives you free access to the museum and one film per day (until 5 PM). Want to see more films? Pay for an extra ticket at the counter. The Museum Card is not valid for evening programs.
Other passes, like the Ooievaarspas and Rotterdampas, can also be redeemed online. Check tickets and prices for a full list of accepted passes and discounts.
Yes! You’ll get a temporary card that’s valid immediately. Register your card later on the Museum Card website.
Our dome films last about 45 minutes and have no intermission.
Be at the theater at least 10 minutes before the show starts. After the start, entry is not permitted.
Yes, all daytime dome films are in Dutch.
Want to watch in English? Use the Mobile Connect app to follow the film in English. Don’t forget to bring your own headset!
In the evening, enjoy dome films, cinema-sized movies, and live events in the Dome. The museum is closed during evening hours.

Yes, there’s an unattended cloakroom and lockers (no coin required) in the museum.
Photos are allowed in the museum, but no flash, please! Flash can harm our collections and exhibits.
In the Dome, photography and video recording are not permitted during films.
