When you buy tickets via the Museon-Omniversum website, your email address is saved in our system. Tickets are sent to you via email. If the email is lost, our staff can retrieve and reprint the tickets using your provided information.
Tickets are scanned at the entrance of the museum or dome theater for verification. We process this data to fulfill our agreement with you. If tickets are purchased at the counter, we do not collect personal data.
For phone reservations, we ask for your email address to send confirmation and transaction codes. We may also request your name for easier pickup of your reservation. The processing of this data is necessary to fulfill the agreement.
Retention Period
We store purchase and reservation data for one month after your visit. If you have opted in for newsletters, we retain your data until you withdraw consent.
If you sign up to receive updates, such as news and offers, we will send you digital newsletters. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in the email.
To make our information relevant, we may process your preferences and details such as name, address, and email. We also analyze click behavior in newsletters and on our website. Museon-Omniversum stores this permission form, along with personal data and the image material, indefinitely. If you later object, the material will be removed.

For safety, we use CCTV in some areas. Footage is reviewed only for serious incidents like theft or other criminal acts.
